Big changes are brewing! Meridiana is excited to announce that Café Sol is getting a fresh new look. During this time, the restaurant will be temporarily closed, but we look forward to welcoming you back to a reimagined and improved space for years to come!
Due to the extent of the renovations, Café Sol will temporarily close with plans to open by the start of this summer. The restaurant’s last day before its temporary closing will be Saturday, February 8.

At the waters edge in Meridiana’s Oasis Village, Café Sol is a place for wood-fired pizzas, tasty burgers, scrumptious salmon and creative appetizers. And refreshing ways to wash it all down, including craft brews, select wines and signature cocktails. It’s a great place to watch the game with friends, grab a healthy salad after a workout or watch the sunset at happy hour on the lakeside patio.
